In rare cases, your activation code may not be saved once you've entered it. If that happens you should:

  1. Remove Power Takeoff using Window's "Remove Software" option in the Control Panel.
  2. Reinstall
  3. Try to enter the activation code again.

If this doesn't solve your problem, you can:

  1. Create a blank folder on your desktop
  2. Copy the file titled PTO9_Advanced_USB.exe (or the .exe you have installed on your computer) to the new blank folder.
  3. Copy the file titled Ziatek.dll to the new blank folder.
  4. Double click the .exe file to start the program.
  5. Enter the activation code again.
If you're still having problems after this, visit support.decdigital.com and open a support ticket.
